Description:            This badly weathered white cross lies on a the westbound side of Hwy. 28.  Like the other memorials I encountered in the South, this is a stereotypical wooden white cross, simple and utilitarian.  Any fake flowers or ornaments are long gone.  The only unique characteristic is that the victim's name is spelled out in red letters using a Brother's labeler.  No other information about the victim or accident is available.
